My name is Mr. Fred Phaswana from Standard Bank of South Africa. I wish to inform you that it is true because I have verified about late Mr. Nelson Mandela’s fund, US$60.5Million, It is securely deposited in our Bank under insurance policy coverage. And the verification regarding the US$60.5M indicated Mrs Mandela Graca Machel rightful beneficiary of the fund.

 

I have had a meeting with her regarding this transfer and she has given me authorization letter through her lawyer to continue with the transfer but I have to inform you here that I had experience that if i proceed in this transfer straight without court order to change the beneficiary to your name, It will not work out because it is an inheritance fund.

But it will work out smoothly if we can obtain a court order to change the beneficiary of the US$60.5Million from her name to your name. Then i will successfully make the transfer to your account without any problem.

And, once the legal documents are obtained from High Court, The transfer will start immediately and Telegraphic Wire Transfer (TWT) will take us 24hrs to be credited in your account depending on your swift response to instructions.

However, I wish to inform you that it will be wire transferred to you in three bits; Firstly US$20Million, Secondly US$20Million and Finally US$20.5 Million to avoid problems.

After the meeting she accepted and agreed to pay for the cost of the court papers by tomorrow. And our Legal department together with her attorney has plans to apply for this court order in the High Court by tomorrow. And they needed your details in the application;
