Thank you for all the information and thank you for researching the cheapest shipping method for us. Cargo by sea will take too long, so air cargo is the only option for us.

I think I understand what you mean by the first and second styles we chose are actually the exact same dress. You just somehow clipped them differently for the photo to show all the different ways the dress can be worn. Is it possible to manufacture a dress like the second style where instead of using a tool to clip the dress there it can actually lay that way permanently? We love the look of that style which is why we wanted to order it, but we want it to be made that way, not temporarily strapped to look that way. Is this possible?

I have attached a photo of a dress we have that is manufactured to pull up the top layer of the dress so the bottom layer shows below. It is a really nice detail. Perhaps this can give you an idea of how you can manufacture the dress to permanently look the way it does in the photo. Perhaps by sewing it that way instead of using temporary tools to hold it that way for the photo. We specialize in dresses that have these unique details.

So yes, you are right that we do not want the same style of dress with different colors. We want each dress to be a different style.

Thank you for the estimate. That is much easier to follow. Shipping is still very expensive. Much more than we usually pay per piece ($1.84 per dress, over 40% of the cost of the product). We should be paying no more than $1 per dress for shipping. So if we are ordering 350 dresses, we would estimate shipping to cost approx. $350.

How long does this shipping method you quoted us take in transit? 3-5 days? 7 days? I think the estimate of weight is high. We can pay the estimated shipping cost, however if it is lower, we would need a refund from you. Perhaps we should pay for the order via Western Union and pay for shipping via Paypal so you can easily refund us if we have overpaid for shipping.

I think I will make our order smaller now because the price is higher per piece than I was anticipating once shipping is added. I want to see how the items sell in our market before making the larger purchase. Please see my updated PO. We have limited it to 3 separate styles. Can you invoice us for the three styles and the new estimated shipping?

Most importantly we need to know how long will it take you to manufacture our order? And how long will shipping take? We need these dresses as soon as possible. Thank you!

I need to know the approx. cost of shipping our order and the approx. length of time it will take to get to us in the US using cargo shipping. I need a final estimate from you, not a calculation. We want to order 350 dresses. How much will it cost to ship those to us? (not by weight, just a final number). Thank you for your email. I am out of the office so I can't view your file until I get back to my computer later. I will email you once I view the details. The weight of the dress seems off. I thought it would be closer to .15grams each. The fabric seems so light weight. I thought you could get 20 dresses to each kg., but perhaps my estimate is off. We can pre-pay shipping based on your estimate and then you can refund us any overpayment based on the final package weight since the weight will be on the air bill. Thank you!

Thank you for the quote, however the manufacturers usually give us a finalized shipping quote amount before we place our order so we know the total for shipping ahead of time. Can you estimate the weight of the order? I would estimate approx. 25-30 dresses per kg. So maybe the package will be approx. 14 kg? I am not sure. But can you provide us a total shipping quote based on the estimated weight of the package? Thank you!

This is to inform you that I met with the lawyer today  according to him the affidavit of claim will secured on Monday.  

Meanwhile I want to seek your consent because all I am doing is to ensure a smooth and successful conclusion, the lawyer shall submit the affidavit to our bank once he secured it by Monday and he will be submitting it will an application of claim, I want to inform the lawyer to apply for a cash payment, the reason is if we should go through cash payment, the transaction cannot not be traced therefore it is much better than TT, I felt the  cash payment will more advantageous to us, so that I will prepare the documents that you will present to your government and your bank that will prove the source and origin of the fund. Thank you for your prompt reply. I do not have the best photos of my daughter in the dress, but I have attached a few. I am interested in both dresses and jumpsuit shorts (I have attached photos of her in the jumpsuit shorts as well). I have also tried to attach some sample images to give you an idea of the exact style we are looking for. These are very common tourist items in Bali. You can find them everywhere there, especially in Kuta. Can you manufacture or wholesale to us from existing stock? Do you have any other prints on rayon in addition to tie-dye? Any other popular dress styles?

We are looking for 2 different jumpsuit short styles and 2-3 different dress styles. The dresses and jumpsuits can be slightly different in style and color. Can you send photos of all the color and style options so we can see what is available? We are also interested in prints that appeal to the westerner market, such as polka dot, stripes, chevron, paisley, southwest, floral, owl, zebra, leopard, moroccan, etc...The colors that sell well in the US girls' market are pink, yellow, blue, lime green, orange, purple, white. Anything bright and bold and trendy would work.

To start for each different style we want 10 pieces in each size, size 2 (2 year old), 4 (4 year old), 6 (6 year old), 8 (8 year old), 10 (10 year old), 12/14 (12-14 year old). Of course the sizes are flexible depending on what stock is available. We just need dresses and jumpsuits from ages 2-14 years old. A mix of 2-3 different dresses and 2 jumpsuit shorts would be perfect. So total pieces would be approx. 200-300.
